I feel you! I've been there! For much of my life, I let fear of failure and other people's judgments restrict me from living the life I wanted to live. I kept so much of what I had inside of me hidden because I was afraid of other people's judgments and because I was terrified of making mistakes in front of others.

With persistent effort and consistency I managed to change that pattern. And now I help others do the same!
